Shipping policy

We are pleased to inform you that shipping is FREE for all orders over $149. Orders under $149 will incur a $10 shipping charge for delivery in Australia and $20 for international orders. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped, allowing you to track your parcel.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept PO Box delivery addresses as a physical signature is required upon delivery. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude Victorian, Australian public holidays. 

Australia: Please allow 2 to 8 business days for ‘in-stock’ orders to be processed & delivered. Delivery will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks for all pre order items.

Rest of world: Please see the table below for delivery times of international ‘in-stock’ orders. Delivery will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks for all pre order items.
